Twenty SwimBikeRun pupils made the journey to the University of Bath’s renowned Sports Training Village on Saturday for an intensive day of training.
With the university’s Open Day creating a lively atmosphere across campus, the pupils took full advantage of the world-class facilities, including the 50-metre Olympic pool and athletics track. Over the course of two hours, they completed a structured session led by our dedicated swim and athletics coaches.
Adding to the day, former student Jasper G (OB) visited to share insights from his first weeks as a university student, offering advice and encouragement to those aspiring to follow in his footsteps.
The visit proved both motivating and physically demanding, a valuable experience that left our pupils with fresh inspiration, and, as many admitted, “a few tired legs” by the end of the day.
