Bryanston’s U14 girls’ hockey team delivered an outstanding performance at the Tier 2 County Tournament, winning every match to secure their place in the Regional Finals later this month.
Competing on home turf at Bryanston, the girls enjoyed a hugely successful day, demonstrating impressive teamwork and skill throughout the tournament.
The team played combined accurate passing and intelligent movement to create some excellent attacking opportunities. Their clinical finishing in front of goal was matched by a strong collective effort across the pitch, with every player contributing to an unbeaten run.
Commenting on the team’s success, Louise Tremlett, Assistant Director of Sport and Head of Hockey, said:
“The girls were fantastic throughout the tournament. What impressed me most was the way they worked together, supported one another and maintained such a high standard of hockey across every match. They thoroughly deserve their place in the Regional Finals, and we’re all looking forward to seeing what they can achieve at the next stage.”
The girls showed remarkable consistency across their fixtures, thoroughly deserving their place in the next stage of the competition.
Having won all their matches, Bryanston will now progress to the Regional Finals at Clifton College on Friday 27 November, where they will look to build on their county success.
Congratulations to the entire squad on a fantastic achievement, and best of luck for the Regional Finals.
