Congratulations to Daisy A and Bibi A for their outstanding performances at the Blenheim Palace Triathlon over the weekend of 6 and 7 June.
Daisy A was invited to race with the professionals at the second round of the Supertri Pro Series at Blenheim Palace. Contested over the sprint distance, the race produced the expected razor-thin margins, with many athletes failing to finish. Daisy A delivered an outstanding performance against some of the best triathletes in the world.
While Daisy found the longer run section challenging, she raced with a smile throughout and showed tremendous determination. Her swimming has improved dramatically and was a real highlight of her race.
Meanwhile, Bibi A raced the super sprint distance for race practice, finishing as the first female overall and third athlete overall, including the male competitors.
A phenomenal experience for both girls and the results are testament to their committed approach and hard work.
