Bryanston welcomes Southampton Football Club for Under 9 Tournament

Southampton Football Club (SFC) will be holding their tournament at Bryanston on Monday 3 and Tuesday 4 April, with the following teams participating:

• Sunderland 
• Arsenal
• Aston Villa
• Exeter
• Wolves
• Chelsea
• Plymouth Argyle
• Bournemouth
• Lech Poznan

The partnership between Bryanston and SFC demonstrates the top-quality pitches and facilities we are able to offer during holidays. Looking outwards and to the future, we will continue to pursue strong links with professional clubs.

Head of Football Mark Foster commented: “We’re thrilled to welcome SFC and all of the participating teams, and delighted to be in a position to help drive the development of young players, both on and off the pitch. We will provide a safe and stable environment to meet the young players’ needs, offering a ‘home from home’ during their residential stay with us.

“We’re excited to welcome Lech Poznan, the Polish professional football club currently competing in the nation’s highest division, Ekstraklasa. To have long-distance teams joining us from the likes of Poland is extremely exciting!”

In-between match talk and music will be provided throughout the tournament by BBC Radio Solent DJ and Presenter Jono Holmes.
