Ninety pupils took part in a celebration of music on Wednesday 18 March for our end of term Easter Concert. From Vivaldi to Bernstein and Duruflé to John Williams, the evening showcased a wonderful breadth of genres and talent.
The concert opened with Jazz Ensemble, followed by the Piano Quartet, C/D Choir and Guitar Group. Then A Cappella took to the stage, followed on by Steel Pans and Chamber Choir. The larger ensembles brought the concert to a close with Camerata, Concert Band and, finally, Orchestra.
It was a joyous evening from start to finish and wonderful to see the pupils’ enjoyment of music shine through.
