We believe access to knowledge sharing, imaginative thinking, valuable connections and tailored support should not end with your school years.
At Bryanston, our boarding school community offers pupils the space and support to think independently and creatively; test ideas; take calculated risks; make valuable connections; develop skills; and consider their impact on the world around them. And, in some cases, set up their own business. Some pupils choose an entrepreneurial future pathway on leaving school.
For those pupils willing to take risks to start up a new venture, this future pathway can be solitary, unpredictable and challenging.
For OBs, the Beyond Bryanston community is a powerful ‘incubator’ to continue testing ideas and building new businesses. Our talented community of OB entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, business owners and investors is well established, growing and diverse. Being part of this community of like-minded individuals is an invaluable resource with an increasing number of OBs, current and former parents volunteering to support the next generation as mentors, business partners and some even providing finance.
To support our growing community of entrepreneurs and business owners, we are setting up the Bryanston Founders Forum (‘BryFF’).
The BryFF is a dedicated networking group designed to connect entrepreneurs and business owners in our Beyond Bryanston community and support and inspire the next generation of OB entrepreneurs.
The BryFF will host a series of regular in person networking events; facilitate mentoring; provide a virtual directory of business services; and provide access to early stage finance through our new ENEV (Et Nova Et Vetera) platform.
The ENEV platform is designed to enable OB entrepreneurs to access seed or development funding. As an introduction platform, ENEV will inform potential investors of opportunities in OB businesses. Further details will be shared at the BryFF launch.
