Summer Swimming Performance Camp

10 – 14 August 2026

This residential and non-residential will provide children with an insight into some of our performance sports programmes at Bryanston. This five-day residential camp offers young swimmers an immersive experience into the world of competitive swimming at Bryanston. Open to children of all abilities, the programme provides expert coaching within our exceptional sports centre facilities and expansive grounds, fostering both skill development and enjoyment.

Our Summer swimming camp will be led by our Head of Swim Coaching – Dylan Gosden, who is a retired swimmer turned swimming performance coach. There will be a full programme of activities throughout each day. These will include:

• 15 hours of intensive pool training covering all strokes, dives, and turns
• Daily conditioning sessions to boost endurance and strength
• Analysis of technique through video, referencing elite performers to illustrate key improvement points
• Race strategy and mental preparation workshops
• Rest and recovery periods to optimise performance
• 2 assessment days, so we can track the progress over the camp (one at the start, one at the end)

The residential camp will include an exciting evening programme of activities, led by our devoted Bryanston house teams. Booking the extended residential option will give your child a true Bryanston experience in a home from home environment.
