As we lead up to the return of our BryGiving fundraising campaign, Director of Development Victoria Fangen Hall, reflects on its importance and shares how last year’s generous donations continue to benefit the entire School…
In 2024, we raised an impressive £170,000 through our BryGiving campaign. This wonderful result was made possible by the generosity of our entire community including parents, OBs, staff and friends. Various fun events and activities took place over two days, including a pupil versus staff boat race, and the Head’s Forfeit, activated once we hit 150 donors and in which Richard Jones bravely sat submerged in an ice bath for over two minutes.
The majority of funds raised went to Bryanston’s Foundation, which supports transformational bursaries, including pupils that join us via the Royal National Children’s SpringBoard Foundation, which collaborates with schools such as ours to offer fully funded bursary places to children most in need. We were also able to fund other projects, including a new digital and moveable hockey scoreboard, new swings in the playground at Bryanston Prep (see video below), and the refurbishment of the A3 social space, as showcased below.
