As a former professional cricketer for Hampshire and Gloucestershire, Richard’s on-field prowess laid the foundation for a successful coaching career. Notably, he served as the Head Coach for Middlesex CCC and contributed to English cricket as a Batting Scout.

Richard uses his impressive Level 4 coaching credentials with the next generation of cricketing talent at Bryanston School, ensuring that pupils receive expert guidance and mentorship to excel.
