On Saturday 4 July 2026, we welcomed pupils and their families to Bryanston for our annual Speech Day, marking the end of another memorable school year.
Our A2 (Year 13) pupils began the day with a leavers’ service at St Martin’s Church, before joining the wider school community in the Greek Theatre for the traditional Speech Day ceremony. Speeches were given by Chair of Governors Eric Benedict, Head Richard Jones, and Heads of School Clemmy and Sam, followed by prizegiving to celebrate pupils’ achievements throughout the year.
With the sun shining, families enjoyed a wonderful day across the school site. Tennis matches took place on the grass courts in front of the school, before drinks and a light lunch were served in House tents across Beechwood Lawn, accompanied by live music from the bandstand.
As evening approached, our A2 pupils and their families returned in black tie for the much-anticipated Leavers’ Ball. Following drinks on the terrace, guests enjoyed dinner, dancing and fairground rides late into the night.
We send our very best wishes to our A2 year group as they embark on their next adventures, and warmly welcome them to the OB community.
