Following another successful summer of A Level, CTEC and IB results, Bryanston is delighted to celebrate the achievements of our Year 11 (B) pupils as they receive their GCSE results today.
Highlights include:
- More than one in four grades achieved were at grades 8-9.
- 92 per cent of grades awarded were at grades 9-4 (with 100% pass rate).
- The highest individual points total was an outstanding 106 points, including ten grade 9s and two grade 8s.
Head, Richard Jones, commented:
“Many congratulations to all our B pupils on an excellent set of GCSE results. The grades reflect your own individual journey through the GCSE course and the dedication and enthusiasm you have shown. It’s particularly encouraging to see such strong performance across such a broad range of subjects, alongside the many contributions you’ve made to the wider life of the school through sport, music, drama and so much more.
“The Sixth Form is a truly exciting next chapter. It’s a time of greater independence, real leadership, and an enrichment programme that opens doors far beyond the classroom. You’re an exceptional group of young people and we can’t wait to see what you go on to achieve. We look forward to welcoming so many of you back this September, alongside new pupils joining us, as the next adventure begins.”
Deputy Head Academic, Mark Deketelaere, added:
“You should be extremely proud of what you’ve achieved today. From those who earned outstanding results to the many others who exceeded their predicted grades, these results are the culmination of two years of hard work. They reflect not only your academic commitment, but also the tremendous support of your teachers, tutors, and the wider pastoral team.
“It has been a privilege to watch you grow in confidence and maturity, both academically and personally, and I look forward to seeing the opportunities that await you in the Sixth Form.”
