As Deputy Head Co-Curricular, Andrew leads all activities ‘beyond the classroom’ such as music, drama, adventure training, pioneering, ECAs, charity, outreach and sport.
Prior to moving to Dorset, Andrew was Director of Sport at Shrewsbury School and led the co-curriculum, as a member of SMT, at Victoria College in Jersey, where he was also a Housemaster.
Andrew has an MA in Education, from King College London, the dissertation from which focused on the role of co-curricular activities on gender identity, as well as a degree in Sport Science and a PGCE from Loughborough University.
A keen sportsman, Andrew has played football for GB and professionally as well as completing a number of running and triathlon events.
