Reporting to the Housemaster and coordinating with the other house Matron, your duties will include all aspects of pupil care, both practical and pastoral. You will also liaise with both the Domestic and Estates departments to ensure that the boarding house is maintained to a high standard.
This non-residential post would ideally suit someone with considerable experience of working with children, preferably in a Matron/Houseparent role or similar. The ideal candidate will be extremely organised, flexible, able to work well in a team environment and a strong communicator who is fully committed to providing the best possible care to our boarding pupils.
