D boys enjoy new overnight camps
Published: 27 June 2017
At the end of their first year at Bryanston, all D boys move from a junior boarding house to one of five senior boys’ houses. This year, the Outdoor Education department introduced a new initiative to strengthen the new house groups and make the move to their new house easier.
Over a week each house group met for dinner, a campfire and an overnight stay in yurts in a camp by the river. They were joined by their new housemaster and a number of A3 pupils from their senior boarding house.
The five nights were very successful and provided an opportunity for everyone to get to know each other a bit better over marshmallows around the campfire.
