Bryanston pupils receive top grades in music examinations

Three Bryanston pupils have achieved Distinction in their Grade 8 examinations, and another has achieved Distinction in her Singing Diploma.

Music scholar and A2 pupil, Lingling B-S has achieved Distinction in her Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) Singing Diploma. This exam is in the highest category of professional qualifications from the ABRSM and is a superb achievement for the young singer.

We’d also like to congratulate A2 pupil Theo B for achieving Distinction for singing in his Grade 8, A2 pupil Connor W for achieving Distinction for singing in his Grade 8 and A3 pupil Will St J-B for achieving Distinction for piano Grade 8.

Director of Music Xavier Iles commented: “I’m delighted that our pupils have done so well in their music grade exams. Three Grade 8 Distinctions and an exceptionally high Diploma mark are outstanding achievements and demonstrate the hard work and talent of the pupils. I’m particularly proud given the challenging circumstances and wish to congratulate the pupils and their teachers on responding so well.”
