Places on prestigious JP Morgan Apprenticeship Programme beckon for OBs Cam and Jasper

Congratulations to Cam Robertson and Jasper Stoof who have both earned places on the prestigious JP Morgan Degree Apprenticeship Programme. This is a great opportunity for the OBs who left the School last year.

Based in JP Morgan’s Bournemouth office, both Cam and Jasper will embark upon a four-year programme where they will gain the following qualifications: BSc (Hons) Applied Finance, Investment Operations Degree Apprenticeship (Level 4), Financial Services Professional Degree Apprenticeship (Level 6) and CSI Diploma in Investment Operations.

The selection process for this impressive programme was challenging with around 7,000 applicants and only 25 places available. The process involved a number of stages, starting with a CV application. A telephone interview and assessment centre followed before an insight evening involving an hour and a half of quick-fire interviews with a range of senior figures from JP Morgan. The final step included a video interview.

Selection for this programme is a great achievement and we are very proud of both Cam and Jasper.

Former Head Boy Cam Robertson commented: “I’m absolutely delighted to have the opportunity to join JP Morgan at such a young age, whilst gaining a degree from Exeter University and other industry qualifications. I thoroughly enjoyed the application process, where my experiences gained at Bryanston were invaluable. Educating the whole person, and all the opportunities that take place outside the classroom, is what makes Bryanston so special!”

Jasper was also thrilled about the opportunity and commented: “I am grateful to have been accepted into this brilliant apprenticeship programme. With a passion for finance, I am extremely excited to be taught by a bank with a highly respected training programme and a Russell Group university. It is a big step moving out to Bournemouth and working; however, I feel I can do this step with more confidence from the maturity I have already built thanks to my last couple of years at Bryanston.”

Congratulations to Cam and Jasper and we wish them luck in their new roles.
