RFU run session for girls
Published: 26 June 2018
Last week, we welcomed coaches from the RFU to run an introduction to rugby session for our female pupils.
The session was focused on introducing the basic principles of rugby through non-contact mini games and to assist with the development skills that would transfer to other evasion team sports.
The pupils enjoyed the experience and the RFU coaches were extremely pleased with the enthusiasm displayed by everyone and the improvement made throughout the session.
Women’s rugby sessions are available at Bryanston School as an Extra-Curricular Activity (ECA).
Should you require any more information regarding rugby as an ECA or the uptake of women’s rugby at Bryanston School, please contact Scott Hobson for more information.
