Parent Area FAQs

By logging into the Parent Area, you will be able to access things such as reports and invoices, as well as your Bryanston mailbox containing an archive of school emails and other important information relating specifically to you and your child.

Please visit the Parent Area at www.bryanston.co.uk/parents and click either the Bryanston or BKH login button (depending on whether your child attends the prep or senior school). Then enter your username and your password (which is case sensitive). The first time you log in you are required to register for the automatic password reset system in case you forget your password in future. You will need to provide at least one additional security detail in order to register. You can find instructions on how to do this by watching these videos:

If you are a Bryanston School parent, you should have received your username and password in a letter from the Admissions Department when your child first started at Bryanston. If you are a Bryanston Knighton House parent, then you will have received an email from the Marketing Department. If you have mislaid this information, please contact: help@bryanston.co.uk.

Your username follows the format of your first name and surname with no space in between, followed by '@bryanston.co.uk', for example: johnsmith@bryanston.co.uk. Please don’t worry that this looks like an email address, it is not and cannot be used as such.

Once you have provided your additional security detail(s) you will be able to reset your password to one of your choosing by clicking either  the Bryanston Parent or BKH Parent login button, entering your username and then clicking on the ‘Forgotten my password’ link and following the prompts. If you have not yet registered your security details and need a reminder of your password to do so, please contact: help@bryanston.co.uk. 

If you log in to Microsoft services already (i.e. as part of your job or your personal Microsoft account), you may need to access the Bryanston website through a private browsing session, otherwise it will try to sign in with your existing credentials. To do this, please follow the steps on the links below, depending on what browser you use:

If you are entering the correct credentials in the login page of the website and the login process is failing, you may need to clear your internet cookies. Please click on the link below depending on the browser you are using.

If you have followed the steps on the above links for the browser you are using and you are still unable to log in to your Parent Area, please contact help@bryanston.co.uk.  

Relevant to Bryanston School parents only. To access your child’s eChart, log into the Parent Area of the website. Once you have logged into the Parent Area click on ‘View my child’s eChart’ under the 'MY LINKS' heading. For guidance on how to read and interpret the eChart, please view the document here.

Please log into the Parent Area and click on the ‘View my child’s eChart’ link then follow the instructions in the video below.

Relevant to Bryanston School parents only. Please log into the Parent Area at www.bryanston.co.uk/parents and click on the ‘End-of-term reports’ link, where you can download your child’s report. A useful video guide to accessing reports is available here.

If you would like a guardian/agent/another member of your family to access the Parent Area on your behalf, please contact the Head's PA at: headspa@bryanston.co.uk. They will send you two data consent forms, one for you and one for your child, to complete and return to indicate that you give your permission for someone else to access the Parent Area. We will then provide them with information on how to log in.

If your client has asked you to act as the school’s main point of contact while their child is a pupil here, please contact the Admissions Office at admissions@bryanston.co.uk. If your client hasn’t already done so, they and their child will be asked to complete a data consent form indicating that they give their permission for you to access the Parent Area on their behalf. Once we have received the completed forms, we will provide you with information on how to set up your account and log in. If you manage several families, you will be able to view all of them within your Parent Area via drop down selections.

Relevant to Bryanston School parents only. Once logged into the Parent Area, you will find a link to the Boardingware site under ‘My Links’. If you need help with the booking process, please watch this video for a helpful guide. If you need further help, please contact help@bryanston.co.uk.

Bryanston School parents
Your child’s tutor and hsm should normally be your first point of contact for most matters. However, if you wish to contact a Head of Department, log into the Parent Area and click on the Department Contacts link under ‘My Links’.

Bryanston Knighton House parents
Log into the Parent Area and click on the Staff Directory link on the homepage.
