Why do I need to log into the Parent Area? 

By logging into the Parent Area, you will be able to access your child’s eChart and reports, your Bryanston mailbox containing an archive of school emails and other important information relating specifically to you and your child.

How do I log into the Parent Area? 

Please visit the Parent Area at www.bryanston.co.uk/parents and click the login button. Then enter your username, and then your password (which is case sensitive). The first time you log in you are required to register for the automatic password reset system in case you forget your password in future. You will need to provide at least one additional security detail in order to register and you can find instructions on how to do this by watching this video.

Where do I find my login details 

You should have received your username and password in a letter from the Admissions Department when your child first started at Bryanston. If you have mislaid this information, please contact help@bryanston.co.uk.

I've forgotten my username 

Your username follows the format of your first name and surname with no space in between, followed by '@bryanston.co.uk', for example: johnsmith@bryanston.co.uk. Please don’t worry that this looks like an email address, it is not and cannot be used as such.

I've forgotten my password 

Once you have registered your additional security details you should be able to reset your password yourself by clicking on the Forgotten password link beneath the login button, following the instructions and using the email address or mobile phone number that you provided. You can also follow the instructions on this video. If you have not yet registered your security details and need a reminder of your password to do so, please contact help@bryanston.co.uk

I already have a Microsoft account - can I use this log in? 

If you log in to Microsoft services already (i.e. as part of your job or your personal Microsoft account), you may need to access the Bryanston website through a private browsing session, otherwise it will try to sign in with your existing credentials. To do this, please follow the steps on the links below, depending on what browser you use:

Login failing with correct login details 

If you are entering the correct credentials in the login page of the website and the login process is failing, you may need to clear your internet cookies. Please click on the link below depending on the browser you are using.

If you have followed the steps on the above links for the browser you are using and you are still unable to log in to your Parent Area, please contact help@bryanston.co.uk.  

How do I view my child's eChart?

How do I view and download my child's end-of-term report? 

Please log into the Parent Area at www.bryanston.co.uk/parents and click on the ‘End-of-term reports’ link, where you can download your child’s report. A useful video guide to accessing reports is available here.

How do I nominate someone else to access the Parent Area on my behalf? 

If you would like a guardian/agent/another member of your family to access the Parent Area on your behalf, please contact the Head's PA at headspa@bryanston.co.uk. They will send you two data consent forms, one for you and one for your child, to complete and return to indicate that you give your permission for someone else to access the Parent Area. We will then provide them with information on how to log in.

I am an overseas agent. How do I access the Parent Area on behalf of my client? 

If your client has asked you to act as the school’s main point of contact while their child is a pupil here, please contact the Admissions Office at admissions@bryanston.co.uk. If your client hasn’t already done so, they and their child will be asked to complete a data consent form indicating that they give their permission for you to access the Parent Area on their behalf. Once we have received the completed forms, we will provide you with information on how to set up your account and log in. If you manage several families, you will be able to view all of them within your Parent Area via drop down selections.

How do I book weekend leave for my child through Boardingware? 

Once logged into the Parent Area, you will find a link to the Boardingware site under ‘My Links’. If you need help with the booking process, please watch this video for a helpful guide. If you need further help, please contact help@bryanston.co.uk.

How do I top up my child's WisePay account? 

When your child first joined the school, you should have received an email from Bryanston about WisePay with details of how to log in. You can access the WisePay website here. There is also a link within your Parent Area under ‘My Links’. Instructions on how to access your WisePay online account can be found here. For further help, please contact changes@bryanston.co.uk.

Where do I find a list of staff email addresses? 

Your child’s tutor and hsm should normally be your first point of contact for most matters. However, if you wish to contact a Head of Department, log into the Parent Area and click on the Department Contacts link under ‘My Links’.
