Dressed to impress, our Year 8 leavers gathered on Friday 20 June for an unforgettable evening marking the end of their prep school journey. Hosted at the Senior School for the very first time, the celebration began with refreshments on the lawn.
The Year 8 rock band took the stage, delivering lively renditions of Coldplay’s Yellow and Amy Winehouse’s Valerie.
Pupils and staff then enjoyed a three course, sit-down dinner meticulously prepared by the Bryanston catering team. Headmaster Mr Ridley opened the formalities with a warm welcome, after which Mrs Hutton gave an overview of the year’s highlights. Prefects followed with their own speeches: Finn (Events), Juliette (Boarding), Charlie and Erica (Sport), Liana, Poppy, and Eliza (House Prefects) and Fraser (Head Boy), who closed the speeches with thanks on behalf of the year group.
Huge thanks goes to the catering and events teams for orchestrating such a wonderful occasion, one that set a new benchmark for future celebrations at the Senior School and provided our Class of 2025 with a fitting send-off.
