The website www.bryanston.co.uk (“Website”) is provided by Bryanston School Incorporated (“Bryanston”) and its affiliates. The following terms and conditions govern your use of the Website whether as a guest or registered user. By using the Website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use the Website.

The Website uses cookies. By using our Website and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Bryanston is a company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales under company number 00226143 and have our registered office at Bryanston House, Blandford, Dorset DT11 0PX.

Unless otherwise stated, Bryanston or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the Website and material on the Website. Subject to the licence below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the Website for your own personal use only, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these terms and conditions.

You grant to Bryanston a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content in any existing or future media. You also grant to us the right to sub-license these rights, and the right to bring an action for infringement of these rights.

Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party's legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you or us or a third party (in each case under any applicable law). The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section and elsewhere in these terms and conditions: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the terms and conditions or in relation to the subject matter of the terms and conditions, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.

Bryanston will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of any event or events beyond our reasonable control.

Bryanston will not be liable to you in respect of any loss or corruption of any data, database or software.

Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the Website, prohibiting you from accessing the Website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the Website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the Website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
