Pupils experience Spanish culture
Published: 25 February 2015
During half term a group of B Spanish pupils travelled to a surprisingly cold Salamanca to spend six days discovering the beautiful city and surrounding area.
Led by Mr Balesteiro and Miss Mateo Sanz, the pupils had a very busy schedule with intense Spanish lessons each day interspersed with activities including a visit to the city of Segovia, a flamenco lesson, a tapas tour and a traditional Spanish breakfast with "chocolate con churros".
Mr Balesteiro said, “All the pupils made great progress in their language skills and should be very proud of themselves. Miss Mateo Sanz and I would like to thank them all for their great company and impeccable behaviour during the whole week.”
