Prep Weekly Boarding Roundup

6 October 2025

It’s been another action-packed week in the boarding house, and the children have once again thrown themselves into everything with their trademark enthusiasm and energy.

Our evenings have been full of fun and variety, offering something for everyone. We’ve enjoyed indoor football sessions up at the Senior School and tested our climbing skills on the bouldering wall — always a firm favourite with the boarders. We enjoyed our very own Bryanston Bake Off challenge, where the children designed and made their own versions of Rocky Road. The results were as imaginative as they were delicious!

The weekend began with a wonderful Karma Morning on Saturday, where the children enjoyed Stone Art and Mindful Colouring, a calm and creative way to start the day. In the afternoon, energy levels rose again for an exciting game of Danish Long Ball, followed by a relaxed Movie Night in the common room, complete with pillows, duvets, and slices of Mr Jones’s birthday cake to round off the evening in style.

We finished the week on a real high with a Sunday trip to Tower Park and the ever-popular Splashdown. The laughter, the slides, and excitement made for the perfect finale to another fantastic week of boarding life at Bryanston Prep.

As always, the boarders continue to impress us with their positivity, sense of adventure, and care for one another – it truly makes our boarding community a very special place to be.
