Bold Voices return to Bryanston for D workshops
All pupils in D participated in a workshop with Bold Voices, which focused on gender discrimination and gender based violence.
The pupils’ conversations on these topics were supported by Ambassadors from the Sixth Form, who have received prior training. These workshops discuss the issues in an open and interactive manner, with the Ds appreciating the perspectives shared by older pupils.
Pupils were encouraged to reflect and speak honestly about their own views and attitudes.
EDI Lead Mr Nicholson commented: "As a school, we want to educate our students to foster a culture of equality and empathy for each other. At times, this might mean challenging others members of the school community, if their behaviour does not reflect these values. Our work with Bold Voices is a key part of this."
