In celebration of World Book Day on 5 March, Bryanston Prep held a special school-wide Story Writing Competition. The stories were creative, engaging and powerful, demonstrating a range of skills across the year groups.
Congratulations to all of our winners – we were inundated with more than 65 entries, and they were all fantastic. Every single entry showed such imagination, creativity and originality that it made judging extremely difficult.
Mrs Leiper, Head of English at Bryanston Prep, commented: “I was blown away by the standard of the stories and the wonderful ideas pupils came up with. As a result, I have decided to compile all of the entries into a whole-school book of short stories that will be kept in the school library for everyone to enjoy.”
We’re delighted to share the winning entries with you below.
