Former Master of Dulwich College, 2009-24, and previously Head of Oakham School, 2002-09, and Master in College at Eton College, 1992-2002, Joseph is a highly respected educationalist and librettist, bringing to the board his extensive experience in education and the arts. TES Headteacher of the Year (Independent) in 2024, Joe is the CEO of the School Partnerships Alliance, which supports and promotes impactful partnerships between maintained and independent schools, a partner of the Federation for Education Development and a trustee of the Keats-Shelley Memorial Association.
