On Saturday 5 July 2025, we welcomed pupils and their families to our annual Speech Day celebrating the end of another memorable school year.
Our Year 13 (A2) pupils marked the end of their time here at Bryanston with a leavers’ service at St Martin’s Church, followed by speeches by the Chair of Governors, Eric Benedict, Head Richard Jones and the Heads of school, Aoife and Drummond, in the outdoor Greek Theatre as is tradition at Bryanston. Fortunately, the rain held off just long enough for the prizegiving ceremony, celebrating pupils’ achievements throughout the year.
In the morning, tennis matches took place on the grass courts in front of the school, and afterwards families enjoyed drinks and a light lunch in House tents scattered across Beechwood Lawn, accompanied by live music from the bandstand.
As evening approached, our A2 pupils and their families returned in black tie for the eagerly awaited Leavers’ Ball. After drinks on the terrace, they enjoyed dinner followed by dancing and fairground rides late into the night.
We send our very best wishes to our A2 year group as they embark on their next adventures and warmly welcome them to our Old Bryanstonian community.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and have a lovely summer break.
