Success at Dance Live Competition

Yesterday our dancers were involved in 'Dance Live Competition' and competed against 65 other schools from across the country.
Our dance group showcased choreographed routines to the backdrop of a giant digital screen and achieved brilliant success.
Head of Dance Sam Frampton commented: "Our group had an amazing day yesterday and all worked extremely hard. We came away with more awards than any school in attendance, third place, LED Video Award and Video Journey Award."
By achieving third place, we now have the chance to go through to the National Final in April and should be informed soon.
Sam added: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank Gabe R, who filmed and edited everything himself, and enabled us to win the two video awards. Two of our dancers, Amelie D and Poppy C, were also mentioned personally by the judges on their fantastic dance ability - and they were the only students personally mentioned throughout the whole competition."
Trophies will be handed out at our end-of-term assembly accordingly.
