Healthy, wholesome, family-style food is an important part of life at Bryanston Prep.
Every meal is a nutritious and well balanced combination of foods. We understand that food is not just fuel and that positive mealtimes are essential for a good day at school.
In our Life Skills classes, our children learn about why certain foods are better at fuelling our bodies with energy, feeding our brains with essential nutrients to assist learning, and support mental and emotional wellbeing. Establishing healthy eating habits from a young age is important for every child’s learning and wellbeing.
Staff eat with children in the dining room, helping them develop table manners and good food etiquette. Upper Prep children eat at the senior school once a week (a highlight for many!).
