Amjad has spent his teaching career working in challenging, diverse schools

Amjad is a teacher, trainer, TEDx speaker, and author of A Little Guide for Teachers: SEND in Schools. He works flexibly on school improvement across a large trust as the Trust Training and Inclusion lead and is a respected keynote speaker, known for his work on inclusion, pedagogy, and leadership. With experience as a SENDCO and Advanced Skills Teacher, Amjad is passionate about equity in education and helping every young person define and achieve success.
