21st Century Parenting

inspiring thinking for modern parents

Tuesday 4 June 2024: 9.30am - 4pm

Raising a teenager can be one of the most daunting tasks any parent will face. The challenges and pressures of modern parenting can leave parents feeling isolated and unsure of themselves.

The event will give parents practical advice to help them navigate the complexities of modern parenting, such as:

  • How can I help them study more effectively?
  • Should I limit their screen time?
  • How can I help them sleep better and eat well?
  • How can I steer them away from drugs, vaping and crime?
  • What else can I do to enhance their wellbeing and protect their mental health?

Featuring a panel of experts in child psychology, mental health, social and technological influences, behavioural science, nutrition and more, this event exploded common misconceptions and equipped parents with the tools they need to help their children thrive throughout their teenage years.
