Seats cannot be guaranteed unless a reservation is received by the school by midday on the Wednesday prior to travel.

All transport requests made after the deadline of midday on the Wednesday prior to travel, must be made by e-mail to transport@bryanston.co.uk (please include travelling pupil’s name, house and mobile number). Reservations will be confirmed by e-mail.

Passengers must ensure that they are at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the planned departure time as the coach will be unable to wait for latecomers.

Parents booking coach places from Heathrow must book flights that land a minimum of two hours before the scheduled coach departure time.

If the above pick-up/set-down relates to flights to/from Heathrow, please provide:

Students on flights landing less than two hours before the coach departure time will not be guaranteed coach transport to Bryanston and in such cases alternative transport will need to be arranged.
