Our Eco Challenge Day for Prep Schools took place on Tuesday 23 May.
Welcoming over fifty Year Six pupils from Sunninghill Prep School, Salisbury Cathedral School, Windlesham, Castle Court and Hazlegrove, this special event comprised a number of activities, ranging from analysing the impacts of the climate crisis to building bug hotels and conducting a tree survey.
Henry Greenwood addressed participants at the beginning of the day. Henry works for the Green Schools Project, an organisation that helps schools develop their responses to the climate and ecological crises.
Sixth Form pupils and our pupil-led Green Committee were closely involved in planning the day and acted as mentors and guides to the participants.
