Prep Football Tournaments

This week we hosted our first ever Prep School Football Tournaments for Years 4 and 5. 

Two fantastic days of football saw some great games, top quality goals and plenty of action. In the Year 4 tournament, Dumpton and Castle Court fought out a tight final going into extra time before a great goal by Castle Court settled the tie after Dumpton had gone unbeaten in the group stage. 

In the Year 5 tournament, a strong Dumpton side went unbeaten throughout the tournament without conceding a goal, beating Pilgrims 1-0 in the final after playing some beautiful football in the group stage.

All the teams involved should be proud of their efforts as there was some great football played by all. We are hoping to grow this event year by year so watch out for plenty more opportunities for enthusiastic prep school footballers in the future.
