Pupils tackle the challenging river Dart

On Sunday 11 November a number of Bryanston pupils challenged themselves by successfully navigating the rapids of the Lower Dart. Due to a combination of excellent water levels, beautiful autumnal colours and abundant sunshine, they enjoyed an excellent trip.

Pupils learned many valuable skills and gained a much better understanding of how to paddle on flowing water, and how to navigate the challenging and fun obstacles created by the river. All the teachers involved were extremely impressed by the attitude of the pupils and their willingness to push themselves in a new and challenging environment.
