Prestigious Higher education offers for Bryanston sixth formers

We were delighted to hear that a number of Bryanston pupils have already received offers of places at prestigious institutions.

Congratulations go to the following pupils, who recently received offers from Cambridge for September: George D to read Engineering at Peterhouse, Rory H to read Engineering at Magdalene, and Charlotte H to read English at Homerton. In addition, post-applicants Annabelle S and Lauren S both have places confirmed for September at Cambridge to read Natural Sciences at Girton and Philosophy at Christ’s respectively. We also congratulate Ophelia K for her offer to read Arabic and Persian at Pembroke College, Oxford. Encouraged by the vote of confidence in their abilities and potential to thrive on these challenging and stimulating courses, we look forward to continuing to support them in their endeavours this year.

In addition, Samantha H has gained a scholarship to study violin at Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London. Being offered a place at a Conservatoire in this country is a major achievement and we are all delighted for Samantha and her exceptional success.

Head of Sixth Form, Ian McClary, said, “I am thrilled to see their talents and hard work recognised, as well as the pupils’ even keener focus and drive as they strive towards the grades they need.”

We look forward, as ever, to finding out about the offers which will provide all pupils in this cohort with opportunities to explore a wide range of courses, through which their individual talents, interests and skills will be nurtured.
