Emerging OB songwriter takes to the airwaves
Congratulations to OB Adam Fowler-Watt on his recent songwriting success.
Adam’s song The Stream of Life has been selected to be broadcast on Radio Solent as part of their BBC Introducing: Solent programme, which showcases the region’s best in unsigned musicians. You can listen this Saturday between 8pm and 9pm or catch up afterwards here.
In addition, Adam has also made it to the next round of the UK Unsigned Songwriter of the year Competition. Hundreds of songwriters entered the competition and just 72 have made it through to the regional heat in Bristol later this month, including Adam with The Stream of Life. The competition is organised by The Songwriting Academy and aims to showcase original songwriting talent, while also raising money for good causes.
Some of you may remember the song from the 2016 A2 Charity Weekend when Adam wrote and performed The Stream of Life in aid of PumpAid.
We wish Adam the best of luck in the regional heat and look forward to hearing more of his songs in the future.
