Bronze Duke of Edinburgh

Congratulations to the year C pupils who completed their assessed Bronze Duke of Edinburgh expedition last weekend.

In total 76 pupils in eleven teams took part, walking 20 miles across the local Dorset countryside. It proved to be particularly challenging in the heat, with pupils searching for shade to rest and take on a much-needed drink wherever possible.

Thank you to those staff that kindly donated their time to help supervise the teams in what was a highly successful and enjoyable weekend for all involved.
