Bryanston runner takes Gold at Home Countries Championships

On Saturday 20 July, Bryanston runner Emily S headed to Swansea to represent England in the 3000m at the SIAB Track and Field Internationals.
This competition sees teams from England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland compete in a range of track and field events.
Emily took Gold in her event after running the 3000m in an incredible time of 10:05.67. This is her first victory for England and we look forward to hearing of many more in the future.
