Pupil selected to represent GB
Congratulations to pupil, Ollie C who has been selected to represent Great Britain in the U18 Tchouk Ball World Championships in Singapore this August.
Ollie has already represented GB in the European Championships in Milan before arriving at Bryanston.
For those who have never heard of Tchouk Ball, it is an indoor team sport developed in the 1970s. It is normally played on an indoor court and at each end there is a 'frame' (similar to that of a trampoline). Each team can score on both ends of the court and comprises 12 players, of whom 7 may be on the court at any one time. In order to score a point, the ball must be thrown by an attacking player, hit the frame and bounce outside the 'D' penalty zone without being caught by the defending team.
