Request to send an email to parents

If you would like to send an email to a group of parents, please complete the form below, providing as much information as possible.
We will endeavour to set up and send your email within two working days (Monday-Friday) of receiving all the required information.

Is there any flexibility on this date? (For example, if five other messages are going out on the same day, can yours be delayed by a day?)*
Does your email include attachments? If yes, please ensure you upload them to the document upload section below.*
If your email is about an off-site visit, have you cleared the necessary permissions with DCB?
If your email is about an off-site visit, has this been authorised by Finance?
