Pupils organise successful Charities Fair

Our annual Charities Fair took place on Sunday in support of our long-term commitment to various charities and organisations working with children in Nepal.

Each house organised a number of stalls which were staffed by pupils. Pupils went to every effort to create a varied and interesting event, with stalls selling everything from cakes, sweets, arts and crafts, plants, jewellery to books. One group of pupils even offered Serenades – where they would sing to a selected friend for £2!

To support the pupils in their fundraising efforts, there was also a Silent Auction with lots generously donated by parents.

The fundraising total is currently approaching £15,000. This figure is subject to change, thanks to generous donations still coming in. Funds raised from the event will go to Right4Children, Doctors for Nepal and SARAID UK.
