With pupils away from School and restricted in their movements, remaining physically active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle are more important than ever. These will be the key priorities for our Sports Department during the year.
Through our Virtual Sports Centre we aim to provide pupils with training regimes as well as tips to help them maintain and develop not just their overall fitness but their sport-specific skills. We will also offer links to relevant articles to help pupils devise creative ways to train while at home as well as information on nutrition and healthy eating.
