Acts of kindness
Last week in her Chapel service, the Chaplain spoke about the joy of receiving an unexpected gift. This week, leave a small treat for your dustman or postman, maybe a home-baked cookie, as a surprise and a thank you.

Eat well
A homemade smoothie is a healthy and delicious way to start the day. Make yourself a smoothie for breakfast before you register with your Hsm or make one for an energy boosting mid-morning snack during break between p3 and p4 of your online learning one day this week.

Sleep well
Try out some meditation before going to bed/no screen.
Headspace is a great app to have on your phone.

Me time
Take some time out this week to read a book. If you haven’t got a book ‘on the go’ at the moment, start one that you have been meaning to read for a while. This week, Mrs Miller is reading ‘The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse’, as everybody seems to be raving about the book. Why not decide on a book to read with some friends and start a mini-book club.
