William Ings has been Head of Teaching and Learning at Bryanston School since September 2015, a role which brings pedagogy and the investment in teacher practice to the heart of the School.
Previously, William was Head of Academic Music and also BC Coordinator. Before working at Bryanston, William taught Music (and was the school accompanist) at Godolphin School in Salisbury, a girls’ school for pupils aged 11-18.
William studied for his PGCE at Bath Spa having been an undergraduate at Cambridge University where he was an organ scholar.
In addition to pedagogical and musical interests, William is a keen photographer, cyclist and a dedicated motorsport fan.
