As former Deputy Head Academic, Dr David James was responsible for all academic matters at the School.
David previously worked in a number of high-profile public schools including Wellington College and was seconded to the DfE to work on an independent/state schools partnership project.
David is published widely, is a columnist for the Times Educational Supplement and has recently co-edited a book on the challenges facing the independent sector.
David is married to Yvonne and has three children. He is rather too interested in the fortunes of Manchester City FC.
