During their time in the sixth form, pupils are encouraged to develop a full and well-rounded academic and co-curricular profile to show that they are much more than just the grades they receive. As well as supporting their own personal development, it also strengthens applications to higher education.
An important part of a pupil’s development in the sixth form is the way in which they respond to opportunities to broaden and enrich their academic experience. Once they have had a chance to experience something of what their A level/IB courses have to offer during the Sixth Form Induction Programme, all pupils are invited to think about how they might construct their individual academic and co-curricular profile.
