D pupils visited by Charles Dickens's great great grandson

D pupil, Harrison D, reports on the visit from Gerald Dickens, great great grandson of Charles Dickens:

Mr Gerald Dickens, the great great grandson of Charles Dickens came to talk to the D year. He spoke energetically about the writer's life and inspiration for the book that we have been studying in English, Great Expectations. He also talked to us about the life of Charles Dickens and how he worked his way up from the poor to one of the most influential people in the world.

Thank you Gerald for taking the time to visit Bryanston.
