As the hockey tour to South Africa comes to an end the girls enjoy an evening safari and celebratory meal together.
We left Knysna and made our way to the Garden Route Game Lodge for our safari trip. On the way we stopped off at a market for some trinket and present shopping as well as lunch. When we got to the game lodge the girls had time for a swim and a bit of relaxing before our evening safari. We saw a huge range of animals from mongoose to rhinos, cheetahs, lions and hippos.
We had our last meal together in the lodge and presented awards to all the girls based on their antics over the past 10 days. It has been a great couple of weeks and every single girl has been a brilliant ambassador for the school. They should be proud of what they have done for the communities here and I hope they have all learned a lot and made some great friends. It has been amazing and it is a shame it is over now. There is one more day before we start our journey home.
