Exciting end of term for the equestrian centre
It was a busy and exciting end to the spring term with some fantastic results from pupils and a visit from professional equine biomechanic specialist.
The Equestrian Centre welcomed the wonderful Russell Guire, Director and Founder of Centaur Biomechanics to Bryanston at the end of the spring term. Athletes had the chance to ride in front of Russell’s state-of the-art cameras and then review the images to help them learn the importance of straightness and how their body impacts the horse they are riding. We are the only school lucky enough to have regular visits from Russell and he is very excited to work with Bryanston pupils and the PSP team to build a unique and specific equine fitness regime.
We witnessed some great results, including Susie P and Luna, who won at the Moreton combined training event during the Easter break and Martha M and Westcoast Express who qualified for not one, but two Grand Prix classes at the Pony of the Year show.
With a trip to Badminton to look forward to, another visit from Russell imminent and Polo beginning as a regular ECA, things are looking very exciting for the summer term at the Equestrian Centre.
