Welcome to the Bryanston blog

Meet our bloggers and vloggers

Our staff have valuable expertise, long experience and endless patience in allowing adolescents to find their adult selves. Explore our blog to find out what they know. Among them you'll also find a growing number of pupil vloggers who are keen to tell you at first hand what it's like to be at Bryanston.

Simon Vincent

Teacher of History and Politics

Simon Vincent teaches History and Politics at Bryanston.

Having spent 12 years as Housemaster of Cranborne House, Simon continued to teach, primarily at A level, but also continued his interest in admissions, which his role as a Junior Boys' Housemaster required of him. He looks primarily at interviewing potential pupils for Sixth Form entry.

Simon came to Bryanston in 2003 after three years at Loughborough Grammar School. Prior to teaching, he was an aid worker for Christian Aid in Kosovo and before that an Infantry Officer in the British Army.

Simon loves rugby, playing music and has three daughters all of whom ride so the equestrian world is very much part of his life also.
